PYRAMID DIFFUSER quickly and easily eliminate floor to ceiling standing waves. They reduce flutter echo while maintaining a warm room sound. Molded in a one-piece pyramid shape, their offset apex provides four different angles of reflection. the internal cavity of the Pyramidal Diffuser can be lined with a 11/2- thick layer of glass fiber batting to increase absorption and prevent resonance.

INSTALLATION : Mechanically fixed on the walls/ceiling or on the grid framework for ceiling All materials shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations or as indicated on drawings. Any additional necessary hardware and accessories to complete the job installation are to be furnished by the contractor.

CONCAVE DIFFUSER The polycylindrical (Concave) diffuser will act to scatter high frequency sound and trap bass in any location. Bass absorption will vary with size. Increasing size lowers center frequency of maximum absorption. Mid to high frequency absorption is typically 0.10 to 0.25. The Concave Diffuser is available in white Thermoformed Plastic Style. Lining is standard in larger sizes. Diffusers are wall mounted by mechanically fixed on the wall/ceiling or on the grid framework for ceiling. Configurations are available to fit a standard T-bar suspended ceiling grid. Concave Diffusers are available with 50 mm thick insulation to be fitted in the internal cavity. Diffusers are faceted on the short dimension unless otherwise specified.

MFD DIFFUSER The PRD Diffusers are designed to allow mid and high frequency scattering ensuring diffused leveil inside a room. The design frequency of the unit is 800 Hz, which caters to the design frequency range 800 to 4000 Hz. The diffusers can either be mounted on the wall or hanged from the ceiling and can be incorporated within the existing timber/ G.I. framework. The diffusers are made from pine wood with the ply backing to hold the arrangement in place.With the standard dimensional size of 600x600mm with maximum well height of 210 mm.

Absorption

Sound Absorption is a technique where in various absorbent materials are strategically used to absorb sound to avoid unwanted reflected sound waves within a room or space. The main reason to use this technique is to reduce reverberation time (RT) for making the speech clearer. NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) term is majorly used within United State and defined as part of American Standards. The rating is unit-less and it is a coefficient and the ranges are from 0 to 1. Higher the average NRC is the better will be the absorption property of the product.
