Wall Installation Guidelines for Aphony Fibrette

Step 1
Identify the starting point and wall should be leveled.

Step 2
Himalyan Acoustics Sound studs 3660mm X 50mm web, flanges 15 & 50mm fully knurled are mechanically fastened with sound screws and nylon sleeves at a gap of 600 mm centres giving it high strength, hot dipped galvanized steel with 120GSM zinc coating specially designed for Acoustic vibration management and long life.

Step 3
Put infill of Insulation Wrapped with Himalyan Acoustics Absorb Fibre in GI Framework, packed tightly with the help of staple pins.

Step 4
Cut H Profile to make it U and fasten it mechanically to sound studs at the starting point.

Step 5
Slide the panel inside the H Profile and fasten the next H Profile by sliding it inside the groove of the panel from the opposite side.

Step 6
Install the panels in the same pattern.

Step 7
Measure space from last panel to corner at top, middle and bottom of area. Transfer these measurements to the face of the panel, slide the panel in the H Profile from one side, apply adhesive one other corner and paste it.
